About Our Multi-Head Weighers

One of a few items we do not build ourselves. The quality of the mechanical elements of these multi-head weighers is very high.

All we have to do is strip out the electrics and add our own to give you some very high standard and cost-effective multi-head weighers options in 12 and 14 head variations.

We can also supply Ishida 14 & 20 head Multi-Head Weighers.

12 Head Weigher

12 Head Multihead Weighers are our Mid Range Multi Head Weigher and are suitable for weighing products up to 1.5kg in weight. With a maximum operating speed of 100 weights per minute for easy flowing product around 150 – 200g in weight this weigher can greatly improve your packing efficiency. Ideal for granular products, seeds, coffee beans, nuts, dried pet food and many other similar products

14 Head Weigher

Our 14 Head Multi Head Weigher is currently the fastest and most versatile Multihead Weigher in the range. Capable of 120 weights per minute. This Multihead Weigher can be configured with 1.6 litre, 2.5 litre or 5.5 litre capacity weigh hoppers. Maximum weight per drop can be up to 5kg making it the ideal Weigher for Salad vegetables such as Onions, potatoes, carrots etc. The Salad version is an excellent weigher for 14 head multi-head weighing machine for loose Lettuce leaves, rocket, spinach leaf etc. In 1.6 litre guise it will comfortably weigh 12g crisps at 120 ppm. Raisins and Peanuts at 100g – 200g can be accurately weighed at speeds of 100 – 120 ppm.

Ishida SE3 20 Head Weigher

Ideal for interfacing with twin or two single VFFS bag makers to achieve speeds of up to 140wpm in free flowing product applications. The simple construction makes this machine easy to use and clean whilst Ishida’s high quality and weighing accuracy ensures minimum product giveaway with a short payback period. A simple menu-driven interface with up to 100 pre-sets offer rapid changeovers.
