You can have a PLC upgrade to your existing bagging machine made either on site or by sending your machine to our factory.
A PLC upgrade is available for most makes of existing machine (including Sandiacre, Gainsborough, Rovema, UVA) and will ensure machine start up on Monday mornings with less on-going maintainence.

Sandiacre bagging machine rebuild This machine is a Sandiacre VFFS bagging machine having a PLC upgrade in our Moorgreen factory.

The control is an Omron PLC. This is used on our new machines as well as upgrades.

The cabinet has been developed over a long period of time to ensure reliability.

Servo inside bagging machine Servo motor and new pneumatics are fitted to the inside of the machine.

This gives more space for better ease of access. 24vdc solenoids are used on this machine.

Bagging machine touch screen menu An 8 inch colour touch screen is added to the orginal Sandiacre machine giving the operator:-
